About Me
With more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership
experience across multinational environments, I bring a proven ability to
design and lead group-wide people strategies that directly support business
performance, growth, and organizational resilience.
Currently serving as Group HR Manager for a leading engineering consultancy group operating across eight countries with a workforce exceeding 4,000 employees, I lead HR strategy, governance, and transformation at the group level. My role encompasses workforce planning, HR policy standardization, talent and leadership development, succession planning, HR digitalization, and executive advisory, working closely with Group CEOs, Boards, and regional leadership teams.
Throughout my career, I have successfully built and implemented unified HR frameworks across diverse geographies, balancing global consistency with local regulatory and cultural requirements. I have led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, including the introduction of group performance management systems, leadership and talent pipelines, HR analytics, and the establishment of centralized learning and development platforms. These initiatives have strengthened governance, improved decision-making, optimized HR costs, and enhanced leadership continuity across the organization.
What distinguishes my approach is my ability to operate simultaneously at strategic and executional levels—translating business objectives into practical, scalable people solutions. I position HR as a true business partner, focused not only on compliance and operations, but on enabling growth, managing risk, and building sustainable leadership capability.
I am particularly drawn to organizations with an international footprint and complex operating environments, where a strong Group HR function plays a critical role in alignment, governance, and long-term value creation. I am confident that my experience, leadership style, and international exposure would allow me to add immediate and long-term value to your organization.
