Lead the Group HR function at strategic level across ACES’ international operations, supporting business growth, governance, organizational alignment, and people transformation across multiple countries. Act as a strategic advisor to Group leadership, CEOs, and senior management on workforce planning, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, HR governance, and people-related business risks.
Responsible for driving Group-wide HR strategy, HR policy standardization, talent and leadership development, succession planning, compensation governance, HR digitalization, employee engagement, and organizational restructuring. Lead HR integration and alignment for acquired companies, ensuring scalable people practices, consistent governance, and readiness for future growth.

Managed and developed the Group HR function across ACES’ regional operations, leading key HR transformation initiatives to support business expansion, operational efficiency, and organizational consistency. Oversaw the development and implementation of Group HR policies, workforce planning frameworks, performance management practices, talent development programs, and HR reporting systems.
Key contributions included leading the design of a unified Group HR framework covering organizational structures, job architecture, competencies, and HR policies across 8 countries. Introduced strategic manpower planning and utilization models, developed executive HR dashboards, enhanced HR governance, and supported data-driven decision-making related to workforce cost, productivity, and talent management.
