Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, generating leads, managing digital campaigns, creating marketing content, and supporting business growth through effective marketing communication and data-driven digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Support paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Assist in improving website visibility through SEO activities, keyword research, content optimization, and basic on-page SEO practices.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
B. Content Creation and Brand Communication
- Develop engaging marketing content for social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, website pages, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing content is aligned with the company’s brand identity, tone of voice, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect information, success stories, project highlights, service details, and other content requirements.
- Support the design and development of marketing materials in coordination with graphic designers or external agencies.
C. Campaigns and Lead Generation
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional messages.
- Track campaign results, analyze performance, and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Support the sales or business development team with marketing materials, client presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
D. Website and Digital Platforms
- Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, blogs, and service pages.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Recommend improvements to website content, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
- Ensure digital platforms are updated, accurate, and aligned with current marketing priorities.
E. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential marketing opportunities.
- Prepare competitor benchmarking reports and recommend actions to improve the company’s market positioning.
- Support marketing planning by providing relevant market insights and data.
F. Events and Corporate Marketing Support
- Support the planning and coordination of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, workshops, and corporate events.
- Prepare event-related marketing materials, invitations, banners, presentations, and post-event communication.
- Assist in documenting events through photos, posts, reports, and follow-up campaigns.
