Job Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, executing marketing activities, and promoting the company’s products or services. The role combines sales execution, market research, digital marketing support, client communication, and coordination of promotional campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and generate business leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue potential clients, business opportunities, and market leads.
- Contact prospects through calls, emails, meetings, networking, and digital channels.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support negotiations with clients in coordination with management.
- Maintain an updated client database, sales pipeline, and opportunity tracker.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Marketing and Brand Promotion
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, brochures, company profiles, and promotional content.
- Coordinate social media content, digital campaigns, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Ensure marketing content is aligned with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Support participation in exhibitions, events, conferences, webinars, and networking activities.
3. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms and website content.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, or internal teams to develop visual and written content.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, leads, and conversion.
- Support SEO, online advertising, and lead generation activities when required.
4. Client Communication and Reporting
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, leads, and market feedback.
- Coordinate internally with operations, technical, finance, and management teams to ensure proper client support.
- Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, or marketing approach.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
